Better Quality Products
After serving as sales and management for a couple other local window and door providers Claude Paquette and Don Simoneau strongly felt that the members of the Northern Ontario communities were being somewhat cheated. Bigger markets from the south were designing and supplying better looking and better quality products then what was available up here. In their quest to bring these brand name product lines to the North, they were met with the traditional office politics.
It was then they decided to venture out and start their own window and door retail operation. Different from their former employers, their mission would not be to just sell the 2nd tier quality products with 1st tier marketing. They would bring in nothing but the industry’s highest rated products and back them with expert installation and service. And so Urban Windows & Doors was born!
