The trails are used in all four seasons for hiking, cycling, running, walking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. There are numerous scenic lookouts, lakes, wetlands, and a bird watching blind.

Access Points
P1 – The main access point located at 2309 South Bay Road. Free parking and a secure bicycle rack are available.

P2 – Just over the hill from P1 and is located at 2420 South Bay Road. Free parking is available.

A3 – Located at the B.F. Avery Phys. Ed. Centre. Limited pay-and-display parking is available in Lot G.

A4 – Located at the north end of Ida Street. On-street parking is available; visitors are reminded to not park in the cul-de-sac and be respectful of residential driveways.

A5 – Located south west of Camp Sudaca at the east end of Ramsey Lake. Free parking is available at Moonlight Beach.
