The Rayside Balfour Whitewater Brush and Palette Art Club is proud to announce their 22nd Annual Art Show and Sale. Everyone is welcome. Admission, live entertainment, refreshments, and parking are all free. There will also be a free draw for art, one of which is the community members collective painting, done at last year’s art show.
